Welcome to netLex! 😊
This guide outlines the main tasks in the system and provides the necessary information for you to start using the platform correctly.
This article contains the sections:
After familiarizing yourself with these initial elements of the system, you’ll be ready to create documents and know how to track their progress within the system.
🔍 Note: It is essential to follow the order of these startup tasks as there are dependencies between them. Therefore, it’s important to complete them one after another, in the sequence below.
1) Login - How to access the netLex platform:
To access netLex, you need to know your company’s personalized address, for example: yourcompany.netlex.com.br, and your login credentials (email and password). Each company has a different address to access its account on netLex online. Additionally, each company can also choose to log into the platform with either the netLex account or the corporate account.
The netLex account is created by your company’s Platform Administrator, and when it’s created, users receive an email to set up their access password. If the corporate account option is chosen by your organization, users log in with the same email and network password used in their daily work.
To know which login method to use for your company’s netLex, contact the Platform Administrator.
