⚙️ How to track document stages?
To track document stages in netLex, follow these steps:
- Access the Documents screen in netLex.
- Locate the document whose progress you want to track. You can use filters or the search bar to find it quickly.
- Click on the document to open its details.
- Within the document view, the Workflow is displayed in the top bar.
- In this section, you will see a visual representation of the flow, indicating the current stage and the stages that have already been completed or the next ones.
- It will be possible to identify the person responsible for each stage.

Do all documents have stages to track?
All documents that use a Workflow in their template will have stages to be tracked.

Can I see who performed an action in a previous stage?
Yes, the document history records the user responsible for each action in each stage.

What to do if a workflow stage does not appear, but it should?
Check if all necessary information in the previous stages has been filled in correctly and if the conditions for that stage have been met. Generally, it will appear as the flow progresses, as not all stages appear fixed in the workflow from the moment the document is created. If the situation persists after the previous stage is approved and the new stage does not appear, contact technical support.
