💡 What is the Home page?
The Home page is your landing page in the system, functioning as a central dashboard and starting point for most of your activities.
⚙️ Main Home Sections
The Home page consists of several sections, each with a specific purpose to facilitate your routine:
- Tabs: You can create and customize various tabs with custom boards. These boards can be highlight boards (to create shortcuts for questionnaires, documents, or links), document list boards, or intelligence charts. Tabs are always created as individual, but the author can share them with users, teams, and profiles.
- Activities: Redirects you to the Activities screen, where you can track your activities, meaning documents that require your action. Depending on your access permissions, you can also view other activities. You can search and apply filters to customize your view.
- Documents: Redirects to the Documents screen, where you can view all documents you have access to. It offers filter and search features to quickly locate what you need.
- Contacts: Redirects to the Contacts screen, showing a list of already created contacts. Depending on your permissions, you will also have the possibility to add new contacts.
- Intel: Redirects to the netLex Intelligence screen. You can create and customize various tabs with data charts. Intelligence tabs are also created as individual, but the author can share them with users, teams, and profiles.
- Chat: Displays mentions made within the netLex chat. Remember that within each document, there is at least one chat where you can tag users to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Help: A special space to help you! Here you will find FAQs, articles to assist in using the system, the option to view your open support tickets, and the ability to open new tickets when you need assistance.
- Settings: Redirects to the Settings screen. Access and available options in this section are defined according to each user's access profile.
- Your User: The last icon on the side navigation bar. By clicking it, you can manage your account, such as changing your profile picture and account language, and access other personal details and settings.
