The contract upload without AI in netLex is a feature that allows users to import existing documents into the platform without the system automatically attempting to extract information or fill in management properties using Artificial Intelligence. This means the process of filling out contract data will be done manually by the user after the upload.
 

🤔 When to use upload without AI?

The option to upload a contract without AI is ideal in several situations:

• When you prefer to have full control over filling in the contract properties.
• For documents with very complex or non-standard formatting, which may hinder automatic extraction by AI.
• In cases where the AI functionality is not enabled or available in your environment.
• When you simply need to store the document on the platform and filling out all management properties is not an immediate priority.
   

⚙️ How to upload a contract without AI?

To upload a contract without using Artificial Intelligence, follow these steps:

1. On the Documents screen, click New.
2. Select the Upload or Via Template option, choosing a contract upload template without AI.
3. Select the file from your computer.
4. If the option "Enable automatic AI extraction" appears, do not enable it.
   
   
5. The document will be uploaded to the platform. You can then navigate and create Management tabs in the document to fill them in manually as needed.
