How to set up an individual signature account.
Introducing the feature
For non-admin users
For admin users
Full explanation
NetLex currently supports DocuSign and Adobe Sign integrations with individual signature accounts.
Users can integrate these accounts without the need for an administrator profile.
As a pre-requisite, it is necessary that the user's profile allow for the "individual signature account," as shown below:
It is important to notice that individual integrations will only be visible and able to be used by the user who sets them up.
In order to set them up, it is necessary to complete the following steps:
1. On the sidebar, located on the screen's left corner, select "Settings."
2. Click on "Signature."
3. The next step is to click on "Add new provider."
4. Select either DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
It will be necessary to add the identifier, which is a nickname for the account. You can add a name that makes more sense for your company.
It is best practice to use the identifier to distinguish between accounts for the same service provider. This way, it will be easier to recognize the user when sending the document for signature.
Notice that to use the individual account, it will be necessary to select the option "Individual Integration." if you're an Admin.
5. Once completed, click on "Configure provider", and you will be able to use the integration.
Once you finish setting it up, it will be possible to create the signature process for any document available, as shown below:
Note that if you're not an Admin, is mandatory having the "Send for signature" option enabled in your profile for the desired Root Folder you want to send:
You can find more information about the signature process here: Document Signature
Important:
Users without the admin profile can only set individual signature account integration, as described in this article.
Users with an admin profile are able to set individual and collective accounts by choosing the preferred option.
You can find more information about the collective account settings specified by providers here:
