Configure Subscription Provider - ClickSign

ClickSign Account Registration:

To configure the subscription provider you must have a platform Administrator profile.

Access the "Settings" menu in netLex:

Then click on "Standard Integrations":

Then click on "Add new provider":

Select the "ClickSign" provider and fill in the requested information:

Note: To configure this provider, it is necessary to exchange information between netlex and ClickSign.

How to get information and token from ClickSign:

1. Go to https://app.clicksign.com

2. On the Clicksign website access the "Settings in the side menu" area, as shown in the image below:

3. In settings, navigate to the API tab

4. Find the “Access token” section and click the “Generate access token” button

5. Then define a name for the token and confirm to generate

6. Once created, just copy the Access token code (shown in the image) to insert it into the netLex integration configuration

7. Still on the API tab in Settings navigate to the Webhooks section and click the “Add Webhook” button

8. Just enter the URL provided by netLex when creating the integration configuration and click on the button to create the webhook

9. After adding the webhook the HMAC Secret code (indicated in the image) will be available, so just copy it and insert it in the field indicated in netLex to complete the configuration
