💡 What is resending signer notifications?

Resending signer notifications is a feature that allows you to resend reminders and signature requests to the parties involved in an electronic signature process.

Currently, this resending possibility is available for integration with the following providers:

• netLexSign
• DocuSign
• AdobeSign
• D4Sign
• Clicksign

In the future, it may also be possible to integrate with other platforms, such as CertiSign. However, for now, to resend notifications from this provider, it is necessary to access their website and resend from there.

⚙️ How to resend a signature notification?

To resend a request for a signature process, it is necessary to follow the same procedure as sending the document for signature. After the initial sending, to resend the notification:

1. Access the document that is awaiting signature.
2. Locate the **signature** or **signature provider integration** section.
3. Select the signature provider.
4. If the provider is DocuSign, AdobeSign, D4Sign, or Clicksign: Click on the email symbol ✉️ next to the signer's name.

5. If the provider is netLex Sign: Click on the three dots next to the signer's name and click on "Resend".

⚠️ Important Notes on resending

• When using the resend functionality with DocuSign, the resend will be performed for all users who have not yet signed at once; this is a DocuSign resend rule. For other signature providers, including netLexSign, the resend is done for each user individually.

• It is possible to resend once per hour. Therefore, the "Resend" button will be disabled/blocked as soon as it is clicked and will be released after 1 hour.

  No, resending just sends the notification again for the already existing signature process.

• Can I customize the content of the resend notification?
  No, the resend is done with a standard content from each provider.
