The signature via netLex is integrated with players that offer specialized services, which are currently: netlexSign, DocuSign, D4Sign, Adobe Sign, Clicksign and Certisign.
In the sidebar, located in the screen's right corner, select the "Signature" option, then select your Signature provider among the available options, then enter the contacts to which the document will be sent for this purpose. Only contacts can be selected. Even external users, such as suppliers, can be contacts in your company.

For a better view of the images above, open this article in a new tab clicking here.
At that time, you can choose whether the contact will be a signatory, that is, empowered to sign the document; or in copy, which will only accompany the signature procedure in order to be aware of its progress.
By clicking on "Add", you will insert this contact in the list for sending. If you want to insert other signatories or contacts in copy, just click on the “+” icon again.

After clicking on “Send”, the document will be automatically opened in the chosen provider's environment , which was previously integrated with netLex. There, you can enter some settings, such as the location where the signature will be inserted in the document.
Upon completion of the submission, the subscription request will be sent by email to the selected contacts. You will be able to follow through netLex how is the progress, checking the status of each signer: "in progress" or "completed".

If the status is blank, it indicates that the contact's email in DocuSign is different from the email indicated in netLex, which causes loss of tracking.
If necessary, it is possible to cancel the subscription while it is still in progress, canceling the process already carried out and losing the already applied signatures.
When all signatories complete their signing process, the current version of the document is updated, with the status "Signed" indicated in the "Document versions" field, as shown in the image below.
