This possibility is currently available for integration with the following providers:

- DocuSign
- Clicksign
- D4Sign
- AdobeSign

In the future it may also be available for other integrations.

To order the recipients of a signature process, it is necessary to carry out the same procedure for sending the document signature, as described in the article below:

When selecting one of the compatible providers, note that the option "Sort signatories" is displayed, as shown in the image below:

It's only possible to enable the option when 2 or more signatories are entered.

With the option enabled, numbers appear next to each signatory, corresponding to their position in the signature order:

The platform automatically sorts signatories when their numbers change.

After sorting the way you prefer, just click to send and the subscription will start, in the same way as in the normal process and the order will be respected by the provider:

Note (D4Sign): The integration of netLex with D4Sign is done with a specific Vault. You can configure pre-signers for this Vault. If there are pre-signers, these are taken into account by D4Sign before taking into account the signing order defined in netLex.

For example, if signer John is a pre-signer on Vault A and a document is submitted for signature using a netLex integration with Vault A, where John was second in order. John will first receive the document to sign as a pre-signer of Vault A and then he will receive it again when the signer of order 1 (defined in netLex) has signed.
