The signature has international validity and is certified by Entrust, complying with global standards (FIPS 140-2, Common Criteria, CAB/Forum). It provides added layers of security, like IP and geolocation verification, simplifying document signing for companies and teams.
🚀 How to Use NetLex Sign?

Sending for Signature
- When opening a document, click on the Signature option in the action bar on the right.
- Select NetLex Sign to start the process.
- Add the people who will sign and define the role for each:
- Signer – the person who signs the document.
- Witness – validates the authenticity of the signature.

Order of Signatures: adjust the signing order by changing the number next to each contact.

Signature Positioning (optional): position each person's signature throughout the document.

- After sending, track the status of each signer. If necessary, resend the email by clicking the envelope icon.
