🔎 What is this feature?
The integration with CertiSign allows you to send documents for signature directly through netLex, streamlining workflows and maintaining the traceability of signatures.
This feature addresses the need to leave the platform to request signatures, offering more agility and productivity in your daily routine.
⚙️ How to configure?
To configure CertiSign, you must have an Administrator profile in netLex.
- Access Settings in the left sidebar menu of netLex.
- Click on Signature.
- Select Add provider.
- Choose the provider CertiSign and fill in the requested information.
Important: This step requires an exchange of information between netLex and CertiSign.
🔐 How to obtain the token in CertiSign?
- Go to: https://assinaturas.certisign.com.br, and log in with the account credentials that will be used in netLex.
- In the top menu, click on Settings ⚙️ > My Companies.
- Choose the company to be integrated and fill in the information.
- Scroll down to the Subscription Integration menu and copy the Token.
🔁 Finishing in netLex
- Go back to netLex and enter the token in the indicated field.
- The system will generate a Webhook URL. Copy this URL.
- Click Save to finish.
🔗 Finishing in CertiSign
- In CertiSign, access Webhook Integration again and fill in:
- 🔗 Webhook URL generated in netLex
- 📧 Registration email (can be the same as the login email)
- 📝 Under "Action", move the Document part to “Action”
Note: It is not necessary to fill in the "Headers" tab.
- Save the settings in CertiSign.

Do I need a specific type of certificate? No. Any valid certificate in CertiSign can be used.
- Can I use the same account in different netLex environments? Yes, as long as you configure the correct Callback URL for each. Regarding Management, Branch settings, ensure permissions are correctly applied.
