🧩 What is this feature?
This feature allows you to integrate netLex with DocuSign. It eliminates the need to leave the system to collect signatures, centralizing the entire process in one place—more productivity, fewer clicks! 💼✨
⚙️ How to configure the DocuSign integration
First of all, you must have an Administrator profile in netLex.
✅ Step-by-step:
- Go to Settings in the left side menu in netLex.
- Click on Signature.
- Then, click on Add provider.
- Choose DocuSign as the provider.
📌 On the registration screen:
- Identifier: a nickname for the account (e.g., "Legal DocuSign"). Use different names if you have multiple accounts to make management easier.
- Individual integration: check this if you want to set up a personal account (each user will connect with their own DocuSign account).
- Keep verification code as default authentication: enable this if you want to require a verification code as an additional security measure for signing 🔐.
🛠️ When you click "Save":
- You will be redirected to the DocuSign login screen.
- Log in with your personal or company account credentials.
Once the login is complete, you will be redirected back to netLex with the account configured and ready for use! 🎉
