Learn how to configure a DocuSign account as a signature provider in netLex to streamline sending and signing documents with security and practicality.

🧩 What is this feature?

This feature allows you to integrate netLex with DocuSign. It solves the need to leave the system to collect signatures, centralizing the entire process in one place — more productivity, fewer clicks! 💼✨

 

⚙️ How to configure the integration with DocuSign

First of all, it is necessary to have an Administrator profile in netLex.

✅ Step-by-step:

  1. Access Settings in the left sidebar menu in netLex.
  2. Click on Signature.
  3. Then, click on Add provider.
  4. Choose the DocuSign provider.


📌 On the registration screen:

  • Identifier: a nickname for the account (e.g., "DocuSign Legal"). Use different names if you have multiple accounts to facilitate management.
  • Individual integration: check this if you want to configure a personal account (each user will connect with their own DocuSign account).
  • Keep verification code as default authentication: enable if you want to require a verification code as an additional security measure upon signing 🔐.



 

🛠️ When clicking on "Save":

  1. You will be redirected to the DocuSign login screen.
  2. Log in with your personal or company account credentials.

Once logged in, you will be redirected back to netLex with the account configured and ready to use! 🎉

❓ Frequently asked questions

  • Can I register more than one DocuSign account?
    Yes! And it is recommended to use different names in the "identifier" field to make identification easier!😉
     
  • I cannot register a signature provider. Does this relate to my profile?
    Yes, only users with an Administrator profile can configure signature providers.
