💡 What is Attachment Highlight?
Attachment Highlight is a new feature that allows you to mark important attachments and quickly navigate between them while reviewing contracts.
With it, you’ll gain:
- 📌 Organization: highlight only the files that matter most.
- 🚀 Efficiency: spend less time searching and highlight multiple attachments at once with just a few clicks.
- ⚡ Speed: highlighted attachments will be pre-selected for signing.
- 👥 Collaboration: highlights are visible to everyone with access to the document.
- ✨ Experience: a more organized, easy-to-use interface for a smoother experience.
🛠️ When will Attachment Highlight be available?
This feature will be available in a few weeks, and you will be notified through platform announcements, emails, and your CSM.
📌 How to highlight attachments from the side menu
- In the side menu, click Attachments (clip icon).
- Hover over the attachment and click the pin icon to highlight.
- Repeat the action to remove the highlight.
Important:
- Only .DOCX and .PDF files can be highlighted.
- You must have permission enabled to highlight or unhighlight attachments.
- Once highlighted, they are visible to everyone with permission to view attachments.
📌 How to highlight attachments from the tabs
- Click the “+” icon.
- Select the attachments you want to highlight.
- Click “Highlight selected”.
🔝 Import and highlight a new attachment
- Click the “+” icon.
- Click “Import new attachment”.
- Upload the file, and it will already be highlighted.
🖥️ What’s changing on the document screen?
- Download and Edit in Word actions will now be found by clicking the arrow next to the main document name.
- The button to switch between read mode and edit mode has been moved to the top right corner for a more intuitive flow. For now, only the main document can be edited when it’s a .DOCX.

- Are highlights visible only to me? No, everyone with permission to view attachments can see them.
