🔎 What is the functionality?
The Envelope Correction allows you to edit signature flows even after sending. This avoids rework, speeds up the process, and ensures much more flexibility in your daily routine!
✨ With this functionality, you can:

Change the order of signatories 🌀

Reposition signatures in the document 📄

Add or remove signatories from the flow ✏️❌
📌 Most common use cases:

Forgot someone when sending? Correct it easily!

Changing people due to vacations or resignations.

Change in order due to contractual requirements.

Partial signatures, even with an incomplete flow.
⚙️ How does it work?
1. Start the correction
With the envelope already sent, click the “Correct” button in the lower right corner of the screen.
⚠️ While in correction, the envelope becomes unavailable for signature and the signatories will see a warning on the screen.
2. Edit the signatories

Reorder participants just by changing the numbers.

Add new signatories with the "Add a recipient" button.

Remove those who haven't signed yet by clicking the trash can icon.
📌 It is only possible to edit those who have not yet completed the signature.
3. Reposition the signatures
In the next step, you can:

Move the signature fields

Add new ones
-
Remove the old ones
🛑 Signatures already completed cannot be changed.

🔍 For which providers is it available?
Currently, only for netLex Sign.
🚫 Can I remove someone who has already signed?
No. Only those who have not yet finalized the signature can be removed.
⏳ What if someone tries to sign during the correction?
They will be notified that the envelope is being corrected and will not be able to proceed.
🔁 Can I correct as many times as I want?
Yes! Without limits until the envelope is finalized.
🖥️ What if the person already has the document open?
They will be redirected with a notification that the process is being corrected.
