Â
📥 Exporting Data to CSV
You can now export table data to a CSV file, making it easier to run advanced analyses and integrate with other systems.
Â
Â
Key benefits:
🔍 Advanced analysis: Allows for more complex calculations and data cross-checks.
🔄 Integration: Enables exporting data to external tools.
đź“‘ Audits: Makes extracting information for compliance and review easier.
Feature rules:
-
All document IDs in the environment are exported, including those with null values.
-
Only the columns currently shown in the table are exported—other data from the environment is not included.
-
The current limit of 10 properties (columns) per table is respected.
Â
đź”— Document Links in Tables
Now, the Document Number and Document Name properties become clickable when added to the table, allowing direct access to the documents.
Â
Â
How it works:
đź“„ Clickable columns: If these properties are in the table, they turn into links.
🔒 Permissions: If the user doesn’t have access to a document, they’ll be taken to an error page.
Main benefits:
🚀 Faster navigation: Quick access to document details.
👆 Fewer clicks: Go straight from the report to the document you need.
Â
🔀 Column Sorting via Header
Now, you can click the sorting arrow in the column header to toggle between ascending and descending order—no need to enter chart edit mode.
Â
Â
Main benefits:
⚡ Speed: Fewer steps and clicks to organize your table.
🎯 Simplicity: Easily spot trends and key values.
🔄 Flexibility: Quickly switch between sort orders as needed.
