This article includes the following sections:
🆕 What is business days count?
Previously, all durations in netLex were calculated using calendar days only.
Now, you can choose between calendar days or business days for calculating duration properties! 🎉
🔍 How does business days count work?
📆 Registered calendar: The business days count follows the global calendar configured on the platform, regardless of step SLA settings in the Workflow.
⏳ All properties: This feature applies to any duration property—whether from Workflow, Management, or Default.
🔄 No date restrictions: Documents created before this update can also be calculated using business days if selected by the user.
💡 Why is this important?
✅ More accurate SLAs: Business days count allows for deadline calculations that are more aligned with operational practices, reducing distortions from using calendar days.
🚀 Efficient management: With more realistic timelines, you can better plan activities and optimize process execution.
Now that you know this feature, enable business days count and manage deadlines with even more precision! ⏳✨
