📍 What is the filter by workflow step?

This new filter allows you to view, directly on the activity screen, all tasks associated with a specific step in your workflow.   

Ideal for:

• 📅 Better task organization.  
   
• ⏰ Agility in identifying pending tasks.  
   
• ✨ Time savings when browsing extensive lists.  
   

Who can use it? This feature is being gradually released and will soon be available to all customers.  

 

🔎 How to use the filter?

➡️ For Classic and Mixed customers:

1. Access the activity screen.  
    
2. Click on the filter field located at the top of the list.  
    
3. Select the "Workflow Step" filter.  
    
4. Choose the desired step from the list.
   
    
    

Ready! All activities related to that step will be displayed. 🚀  

 

➡️ For NextGen customers:

1. Access the activity screen.  
    
2. In the filter menu, click on "Workflow Step".  
    
3. Search or select the step you need to view.
   
    
    

Now you can easily manage your tasks. 🌟

1. When will I have access to this feature?

The feature is being gradually released and will soon be available to all customers.  

 

2. Can I save a default filter with this option?

Yes, you can save it normally with the other filters, except with the 'metadata' filter in the case of classic customers.
