🔢 What are Management Table Aggregators?
Management Table Aggregators are a feature that allows you to automatically calculate aggregate values from numeric columns in tables, such as the sum of all items, the average of recorded values, or the total number of records in a table.
This feature is useful for both financial monitoring in contracts and for tracking metrics in management dashboards, all in a practical and visual way.
⚙️ How do Aggregators work?
Any numeric column can have an aggregator configured in its last row, allowing you to view:
- Sum: total of the values recorded in the column.
- Count: number of records filled in the column.
- Maximum: the highest recorded value.
- Minimum: the lowest recorded value.
- Average: automatic calculation of the average of the filled values.
These aggregators can be used both in general tables and in contact management, further facilitating data organization and analysis.
📚 How to create an Aggregator?
Creating an aggregator in a management table is a very simple task:
- Position the cursor over the last row of the table.
- The option to add an aggregator will be displayed. Choose the type of calculation you want (sum, count, maximum, minimum, or average).
- The aggregator will be automatically applied to the selected column.
📌 Tip: every new number type property column is automatically created with a sum aggregator.
