Choose the next chain template to produce multiple documents

It is possible to link documents in netLex so that the filling of the questionnaire for both is carried out using the same answers. Using this functionality, the document creation process can become more practical.

How it happens:

When the functionality is enabled, at the end of the questionnaire of the current document, the system will ask if the user wants to fill in a second questionnaire (The questionnaire of the document that was linked). If you choose to continue to the next questionnaire, the document that was linked is also created, using the same answers as the first one.

How to configure:

In the configuration of the models there is the option "Chained Documents". It is necessary to access the main document and select which document will be linked to it. It is necessary to choose the next model in the chain to produce multiple documents.

With this configuration, at the end of completing the questionnaire in the main document, the option "Next questionnaire" will appear. This option will redirect the user to fill in the questionnaire of the next document (document that was linked).

At this point, the system will check the similar questions from both questionnaires and reuse the appropriate answers. So users won't have to answer them again during filling.
