To find a task under your responsibility or under the responsibility of your team, go to the "task" page, where you will find the following information about it:
- Type: Indicates whether the task is a request, approval, signature, deadline extension, clarification, activity, email, meeting or call. Learn more in Activities Type.
- Document: Which document the task refers to.
- Responsible: The task is assigned to a person or team. If the task is with a team, it is necessary to choose among the team members who will be responsible for that activity. Learn more in Team responsibility for the activity.
- Deadline: is the time the user has to complete the task.
- Requester: who requested the task.
- Object: Helps to identify task content more easily. For example: what service is provided by the contract or what is the subject of a consultation.
- Information: Presents one or more data from the document to facilitate the identification of its content. Any template metadata can be configured to appear at this point.
- Status: which stage of fulfillment the task is in. It is possible to follow the progress through the bar below the status. It fills in blue as the steps are completed.
