How to register more than one sigature provider on netLex?

It is possible to have more than one signature provider and define in the settings which one will be used by each profile within the platform. You can use different providers or more than one account from the same provider. This configuration can be done according to your company's preferences.

To add a new account or a new signature provider access: "Settings" > "Standard Integrations" > "Add new provider".  At this moment you need just fill in the data requested by each provider.

Note: To be able to view this configuration, the user must be a System Administrator.

After registering the signature provider accounts, it will be necessary to define the access permissions for them.

To choose which users will have access to certain accounts or providers for sending signatures it is necessary to define the permission in the users profile. Access: “Settings” > "Acess Profiles" > "Edit a profile". In the access profile, it will be necessary to add the provider in the folders. For this reason, locate the option “Access Permissions by Root Folder”.

When enabling the “Send of signature” option in the “Signature” section it is possible to define which registered providers can be used by users who have a certain access profile.
