💡 What is this feature?
This feature allows you to keep the document life cycle updated, even if edits are made outside of netLex. In addition to enabling the replacement of the main document with a new version, it allows attaching complementary files (such as receipts, spreadsheets, or photos) that must accompany the document throughout the workflow.
🛠️ How to upload files?
On the document screen, next to the document name, you will find two “cloud” icons. The icon on the right, with an upward arrow, offers two options:
1. Upload a new version of the main document
Use this option if you edited the document externally and want to replace the current version on the platform.
- Click on the upload icon and select Main document.
- When uploading the file, the system will ask if the document is signed.
2. Upload attached file
This option allows you to insert files that will be available in the "Attachments" section of the right sidebar.
- Those responsible for the next steps of the flow will be able to view and download these files, according to the access profile permissions.
- You can download one attachment at a time or select multiple and click on Search file.
