💡 What is the feature to fill out properties with AI?

netLex is capable of reading the content of documents such as contracts or agreements intelligently and extracting information. Through AI, it recognizes specific information, such as party names, dates, deadlines, amounts, and obligations, and organizes this data into table rows configured to facilitate document tracking and analysis.

With AI, it is possible to:

• Automate information collection: extract key data directly from documents, eliminating manual entry;
• Standardize and organize: maintain consistency in the extracted information so that it is displayed uniformly across different records;
• Reduce errors and increase efficiency: minimize inconsistencies and speed up the management process for repetitive documents, such as contracts and agreements.

🛠️ How to use AI?

1. Prepare a Template for Extraction
   Before starting, prepare a template that will serve as a model for the AI. This template will help the AI understand the structure and format in which the data should be organized and filled out. Define in the template the properties you want to capture, such as party names, start and end dates, amounts, obligations, etc. Position each field exactly where you want the information to appear after being read by the AI.

2. Upload the Document
   With the template ready, go to the document listing, click "New", and choose the "Document" option. Files in DOCX or Word format are accepted. During the step-by-step process, select the template you prepared. After uploading, the AI will analyze the document's content and automatically fill out each management cell with the corresponding information, exactly as defined in the template.
   
   
    
3. Review and adjust, if necessary
   Check the generated tables to ensure the data was extracted correctly. If any data needs adjustment, you can edit it manually directly in the document's management cells, or, if you prefer, click the magic wand in the corner of the screen to call the AI again.
