If the smart template's requesting area is outdated or incorrect, documents generated from it may be sent to the wrong teams or with inadequate permissions. Adjusting this setting ensures:

🛠️ How to make this change in practice?
The edit is made directly in the smart template settings. Follow the step-by-step guide:
- Access the Settings menu ⚙️ and click on My templates.
- Open the desired smart template.
- In the top menu, select Management.
- Click the "+" button and then click See more.
- Locate the requesting area property in the list.
- Click on the three dots next to it > Edit.
- Change the area value as needed.
- Click on Ok, proceed and then on Finish.
Done! Now, all documents generated from this smart template will be able to use the new requesting area. ✨
