💡 Why edit the service unit?
The contract won't always be handled by the same unit that started the document. With this feature, you can update the service unit to ensure that the approval, signature, and monitoring stages stay with the correct team. ✅
This helps to:
- Avoid rework and resubmissions ⛔
- Ensure the contract follows the correct unit's workflow 📬
- Maintain traceability and data organization by unit 📊
🛠️ How to edit the service unit in the smart document?
It's quick and simple! Follow these steps:
- On the home screen, click on Settings ⚙️.
- Click on My templates and select the smart template you want to change.
- Locate the property field in the document that refers to the service units and click it.
- Then, click on See more.
- Search for the property name "Unidade Atendida".
- Click on the three dots > edit.
- To edit the unit, simply click on it.
- To delete a unit, simply click on the "x".
- Click Ok, proceed to apply the change.
- Finally, click Finish!
This edit will only be applied to new documents.
