Edit the served unit options in a template

Learn how to edit the Unidad atendida linked to a document template, ensuring it is always connected to the correct unit of your organization.

✏️ How to edit the served unit?

1. Access the Setting ⚙️ in the left sidebar menu.
2. Click on "My templates".
3. Open the desired template by clicking on its name.
4. In the template's top menu, click on "Management".
5. Locate the Unidad atendida field.
6. Click on the "+" and then on "See more".
7. Search for the name of the property.
8. Make the necessary changes.
9. Click "Ok, proceed" and then "Finish".

Done! The template will now be associated with the new served unit, and all contracts generated from it will reflect this change. ✅

❓ Frequently asked questions

👥 Who can edit a template's served unit?
Only users with edit permission on the template and "create, change, and delete" access in Property Management can change the served unit.
 

🔒 Does editing the unit affect contracts already created with the template?
No. Changing the served unit (like properties in general) only affects new contracts generated after the edit. Previous contracts remain with the previous configuration.
