The External Attachment Preview feature lets you view files directly on the platform screen before downloading them. With this tool, you can quickly check the content of attachments and decide whether or not to download them.

⚙️ How to batch upload documents?

1. Inside the document, click on "Attachment."
2. Select the desired file or click on the "Preview" option from the three-dot menu of the file.
3. In the preview modal, you will have the following options:
   • Download the file if you want to save it locally.
