🆕 What is the AI property-filling feature?
netLex can intelligently read the content of documents like contracts or agreements and extract information. Through AI, it recognizes specific information, such as party names, dates, terms, values, and obligations, organizing this data in table rows configured to facilitate document control and analysis.
With AI, you can:
- Automate data collection: extract key information directly from documents, eliminating manual data entry.
- Standardize and organize: maintain consistency in extracted information for uniform display across different records.

📚 How to use the AI?

Prepare an Extraction Template
Before beginning, prepare a template that will serve as a model for the AI. This template will help the AI understand the structure and format in which data should be organized and filled. Define in the template the properties you want to capture, such as party names, start and end dates, values, obligations, etc. Position each field exactly where you want the information to appear after the AI reads it.

Upload the Document
With the template ready, go to the document list, click “New,” and select the “Upload with AI” option. DOCX or Word files are accepted. During the setup, select the folder where the document will be saved and indicate the template you prepared. After uploading, the AI will analyze the document’s content and automatically fill each management cell with the corresponding information, exactly as defined in the template.
