I am unable to access netLex. How to identify the cause of the system access error?
When trying to access the system, the following error messages may be displayed in your browser, they are:
Error accessing the site:
This error indicates that there was some problem when trying to access the page. It occurs for one or more of the following reasons:
- Excessive page loading time, i.e. the page took too long to respond: In this case you should check your internet connection.
- The address to access the page may be incorrect: Check that you are accessing your company address correctly and that there is no other extension in your URL that may be interfering with access such as:
https://yourcompany.netlex.io/app/dashboard/document/view/945940/overview
Note that in the above address there are additions to the URL that may be causing your page to redirect to an old document or to some other part of the system that is no longer accessible. For this reason, it is important to always access netLex from the original address, such as: yourcompany.netlex.com.br
- The hosting server is inaccessible: Some problem may have occurred when trying to access the server, in this case you should try to reload the page after a few minutes, If the issue persists, you can open a support ticket by clicking on the question mark icon located in the upper right corner of the platform. Access denied error:
The error occurs when you try to access a document in the system that is no longer available or is no longer at the same address.
This occurs because the browser saves all URLs that we access in its history and can pull up addresses that are not the main page addresses. In this way, we may try to access an address that is no longer valid.
See the example below:
When typing "netLex" the browser presents several possible addresses, but only the first one is the main address of the page: https://netlex-suporte.netlex.com.br . If you access any of the other addresses shown on the screen, you run the risk of it no longer being available for access.
Login error:
The login error can occur due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect user or password:

- Check that your entered email and password are correct.
- To know what to do when you forget your password or login contant the plataform Administrator in your company.

- Each company can choose to login to the platform with the netLex account or with the corporate account.

- Your user may not have been created on the platform yet or may have been deleted.
- In this case, it is necessary to contact the platform Administrator in your company to verify what the registration situation is.
