- I cannot access the platform.
Check that you are using the correct login (your company email) and clicking on the correct option (login with your “company” account or netlex login).
- My password doesn't work / I forgot my password.
If your login is done with a netLex account, click on “I forgot my password”.
If your login is done with your company account (network login and password), it will be necessary to check with the company's IT as they are responsible for managing access in this case.
- Can you forward the password creation email?
In this case, it's necessary to click on “I forgot my password”. The system will send you an email so that you can reset your netLex password.
Note: This process will only occur for users who log in through a netLex account. Users who log in using their company account should contact their company's IT.
