I'm noticing a slowness when using netLex, what should I do?
When there is a problem loading pages or a delay in executing actions, this is usually related to the browser or connection used, so we recommend performing the actions below:
- Check your internet connection and if you are able to access other sites normally.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
To update Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Google Chrome.

- Click on “Help” and then click on “About Google Chrome”.
- A page about the update information will open and there you will be able to check if your browser is already updated or if you have any pending updates.
- Test it by accessing your portal on another internet network. Instability in your internet speed can be causing delays in the loading of the portal.
- Access your netLex account through an incognito window. If the problem does not persist under these conditions, it is most likely related to the cache or extension used in the browser.
