đź’ˇ Access types in netLex
In netLex, there are two ways to log in. Each user can only use one of them:
-
1. Login and password (netLex user)
The user is registered directly in netLex and receives an email to create their password.
Important: this user cannot have SSO enabled.
 -
2. Single Sign-On – SSO (corporate user)
The user logs in using their corporate account (Azure AD, Google Workspace, AD FS, Okta, etc.).
Important: with SSO enabled, the password is managed outside netLex.
If you’re not sure which type of access you have, check with your company’s netLex Administrator. The information is available under Settings > Users, in the “Single Sign On” column.

âť“ Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I reset my password if I log in using my corporate account?
The reset must be done in your company’s corporate platform (e.g., Azure, Google, Okta). netLex does not send password reset emails to users configured to log in with a corporate account.
Â
2. The password reset email didn’t arrive. What should I do?
This option only works for users with a netLex login, without SSO. If you use SSO, check the answer above. If you log in with a netLex login and password, check your spam or junk folder.
Â
3. How can I tell if my access is SSO or login and password?
Ask your netLex Administrator or your organization’s IT team.
Â
4. I’m an SSO user, but I see the option “Sign in with netLex account”. Can I use it?
No. SSO users can only access using the “Sign in with your corporate account” option.
