🛠️ How to respond to the request?
Upon receiving a consultation request, you will be notified via email, and the task will appear for you or your team on the "Activities" page. To respond to the request, follow this step-by-step guide:
- Locate the consultation on your Activities page.
- Click to open the document and access the Questionnaire.
- Fill out the requested information in the legal response questionnaire.
- After filling it out, click on Finish to save your answers.
- Next, click on Approve/Advance to send your solution to the requester.
Once answered, the consultations remain available on the “Documents” page.
