In the platform's home page you can create shortcuts, also called cards, for easy accessing desired documents or links.
First step: click on the settings symbol in the upper right corner of the screen.
If you are an admin user, there are two shortcut options: “for the entire company” or “for you”. Learn more about the difference between them in Company's Home Page Customization.
If you don't see these options, then the shortcut will be created just for you.

Second step: select the shortcut component you want to create:
1. External Links: shortcut for accessing websites outside netLex platform. E.g.: Google, PJe, JPe, PROJUDI, corporate sites, etc.
- Title: shortcut's display name, in order to identify the added site. E.g.: Intranet
- Subheading: shortcut's subheading to help other users. E.g.: In Intranet you have access to ...
- URL: here you must paste the website's link.
- Link Text: this is the text that will be displayed in the site's access button. E.g.: "click here", "visit the site", etc.
2. New Document: shortcut for creating new documents, which can have two types:
- Via Platform/netLex: shortcut will redirect the user to a specific template's questionnaire. It is used for quick accessing the template's most frequently used questionnaires. E.g.: By clicking on the shortcut “Service Agreement” the user will access the questionnaire for elaborating a Service Agreement.
- Import External Document: shortcut that enables the user uploading documents elaborated outside of netLex. E.g.: Word elaborated contract that the user wants to include in the netLex Platform.
3. Internal Links: access shortcut to a specific page within the netlex Platform. E.g.: Users, Contacts, Activities, Templates, etc.
