How to create a new user in netLex
To create a new user enter the settings page and then click on the “users” option.
All users already existing in netLex will appear on the screen but you must click on the “Add User” icon.
The fields to be filled in with the identification data of the new user will appear, for example:

Note that next to this information there is also a button with the option of Single Sign-On. This is a login mechanism that allows authentication with your company's network username and password. When checking, you will inform the system that the user will authenticate himself on the platform using an existing register whose access is controlled by your company's IT. For more information, visit the article by types of users
To define that this user's registration is common and allow him to define his own netLex password, this option must remain unchecked.
After filling in all user identification information, it is necessary to add it in an access profile. To do this, simply click on the “Add access profile” icon.
The access profile will define what permissions this user will have on netLex.
Finally, click "Save" to finish.
