💡 What is user management?
User management allows administrators to control who accesses the platform, what information they can view, and what actions they can execute, through Access Profile Assignment and Folder Sharing.
👤 How to create a new user
- In the side menu, access Settings and click on Users.
- Click on the Add button.
- Fill in the basic data: First Name, Last Name, and Email.

Login Configuration (SSO):
- Check the Single Sign-On option if the user should log in with your company credentials (e.g., Microsoft, Google).
- Leave it unchecked so that the user creates an exclusive password for netLex.
- Click on Add access profile to define what this user will be able to do.
- Click on Save to finish.
📝 How to edit an existing user
You can change information such as name, email, or access profiles at any time:
- In Settings > Users, locate the desired person.
- Click on the user's name or on the three dots > Edit.
- Change the necessary fields on the configuration screen.
- To adjust permissions, scroll down to the profiles section and add or remove accesses as necessary.
- Click on Save.
🗑️ How to remove a user
Removal in netLex is safe and requires that the user's pending issues be passed on to another person:
- In Settings > Users, click on the three dots next to the user.
- Select Remove.

Responsibility Management: The system will prompt you to indicate a new person responsible for the activities, documents, and flows that were linked to the deleted user. Click on Proceed.
- Indicate the new responsible user, click on Save and confirm the deletion.
❓ Frequently asked questions
- What is the Access Profile? It is the set of rules that defines what the user can see or edit.
- Can I recover a deleted user? Deletion is permanent. For the person to regain access, it will be necessary to create a new user, without the history of the previous user.
