How to save a new contact on netLex?
You can save the contacts you want on the netLex platform to facilitate filling in information in the questionnaire, opening a trade or chatting. To do this, simply enter the "Contacts" page (indicated by the arrow in the image below) and then click on the "Add" icon.
When you click on the "Add" icon several data fields will appear, but you can fill in only those you will need to complete a document questionnaire, for example. Click "Save" to finish.
A contact must have filled in at least Name or CPF (in the case of an individual) and Corporate Name or CNPJ (in the case of a legal entity) to be successfully saved.
There is also the option to save a contact directly from the questionnaire. When you are preparing a document, just click on "Save Contact" after filling in the details of the individual or legal entity.
