How do I register tabs and tables in contacts?
To create a new "Tab", just click on the "+" button located inside the contact registration.
Note: This feature is only enabled if the user has permission to "Edit" the platform contacts.
Within the tabs, there is a button to "Create a new group". When adding a new group, it will be necessary to name it.
After adding a new group, you can click on the arrow after the group name.
By clicking on this button, you can then click on "Add row" and start filling out your table as desired.
Whenever necessary you can remove or rename your tables by clicking on the "arrow" button located next to the table name. By clicking on this button, you can delete, rename, add a new row, see historic and collapse table.
By clicking on the "+" to the right of the cell, you can choose which is the property of the added item for more internal control. The properties have the objective to classify the items and provide a standardized identification. Through them you can more easily identify the contents of each column of the table.
Besides the possibility of choosing pre-defined properties, it is possible to create custom properties according to your needs. This can be done by clicking the "More Properties" button and then the "Property create" button. Each property can be created and configured according to your needs.
After creating the group properties as desired, you can use them in your table columns.
You can also remove or rename contact management tabs. By clicking on the button symbolized by the three vertical dots next to the tabs, the options will be available as shown in the following image:
After the tables are finalized, updating the registered information can be performed by your company manually, or through automated documents in the platform. The platform documents can be programmed so that they automatically feed this control.
This configuration is performed by the netLex implementation team. In case of doubts, contact the automation focal point responsible for your company.
