How to remove the integration
💡 What is this feature?
Slack is a corporate messaging application that organizes communication into channels and groups. The integration with netLex aims to direct all platform email notifications directly to Slack. 📩
By activating this function, automatic notifications about actions performed on documents and processes will be delivered to the environment where your team already collaborates, reducing the need to switch between tabs and constantly monitor your email inbox.
🛠️ How to configure the integration with Slack
To perform this configuration, you must have Administrator permission in netLex. Follow the steps below:
- In the left sidebar menu of netLex, access Settings ⚙️.
- In the integrations section, click on the Extensions option.
- Locate the Slack card and click on the Activate button.
- You will be redirected to the Slack login page. Enter your corporate credentials.
- Click on Allow to authorize netLex to send notifications to your Workspace.
- After authorization, you will return to netLex and the integration status will appear as Active. ✅
🧠 Important notes
- Single Workspace: It is not possible to associate the integration with more than one Workspace simultaneously. If you manage multiple Workspaces, you must choose only one to receive the alerts. 🏢
- Email Matching: For the notification to arrive correctly, the user must use the same email address on both platforms.
-
Notification Backup: If the system does not find the corresponding user on Slack, the notification will not be lost; it will be automatically sent to the registered email. 🛡️
🗑️ How to remove the integration
If you need to deactivate the feature, the process is simple:
- Return to the Settings > Extensions menu.
- On the Slack card, click on the Delete button.
That's it! The integration will be removed and notifications will be sent exclusively via email again. ✨
