🔍 What is this feature?
The integration with ClickSign allows performing digital signatures directly in netLex, ensuring more agility, security, and traceability in your processes 📄🔐.
⚙️ How to configure ClickSign in netLex
To configure it, you must have an Administrator profile in netLex.
- Access the Settings menu in netLex;
- Click on Signature;
- Click on Add provider;
- Select the ClickSign provider and fill in the requested fields 📋
🔁 Important: it will be necessary to exchange information with ClickSign to complete the configuration.
📥 How to obtain ClickSign data:
- Access https://app.clicksign.com
- In the side menu, click on Settings
- Go to the API tab
- In the Access Token section, click on Generate access token
- Define a name and confirm:
- Copy the generated code and insert it into netLex 🔑
📅 Deadline for signing the document
7. Enter a number between 1 and 90 (days). If you leave the field empty or enter 0, the default of 30 days will be applied.
🌐 Configuring Webhooks
- In the same API tab, go to Webhooks and click on Add Webhook ➕
- Insert the URL provided by netLex and click to create.
- Once created, copy the generated HMAC Secret and paste it into netLex 🧩

Can I use an account that is not an admin?
No, configuration is only possible with an administrator profile in netLex.

Yes! Just repeat the process and add a new provider 🔁.
