🎯 Objective
To make netLex configuration simpler and more intuitive, we’re updating the experience for those responsible for models used on the platform.
These updates will be released throughout November and December 2024, and they can be divided into the following three themes.
1) Workflow 2 integration on the model configuration screen:
Now, Workflow 2 configurations will be available on the model configuration screen. This centralized integration allows you to manage all process stages more efficiently without needing to switch between screens.
You’ll only need to enter a model's configuration screen to access a dedicated Workflow configuration tab.
It's worth mentioning that the current experience of configuring workflows on a separate screen will still be available without changes.
2) Separating the concept of models and generated documents:
To create a clear distinction between a model and the documents generated from it, we’ve introduced a new “Document” tab in the model configuration.
In this new tab, you’ll be able to view the Lexin template that the model currently uses to generate documents, reducing the need for interaction with Microsoft Word and Lexin.
3) Redesign of the "Information" tab:
The “Information” tab of the model has been completely redesigned to make its use more intuitive and straightforward. Now, the most important information is more visible and organized, making it easier to understand the available and used configurations in your model.
The options to rename the model and change its folder will be moved from the "Information" tab to the model header. To rename it, simply click its current name and edit it. To change the model folder, just click on the folder icon next to its name.
We invite you to explore these new features and discover how they can optimize your processes. 🚀
