💡 What is this feature?
Teams are groupings of users within the platform. They serve to optimize the workflow, allowing activities, documents, and permissions to be assigned to a specific group instead of only to isolated individuals. This ensures that, even with absences or personnel changes, the process continues to flow within the responsible area.
⚙️ How to access team configuration
To manage your workgroups, follow the path below:
- In the side menu, click on Settings.
- Select the Teams button.
🛠️ How to create a new team
On the main Teams screen (Settings > Teams), you will see the option to start a new grouping:
- Click on the Add button to create a new team.
- In the Identification section, define the team name (e.g., Legal, Procurement, HR).
- Click on the Add members button to select the users who will be part of this group.
- After selecting the members, click on Save.
📝 How to edit or manage an existing team
You can make adjustments to already registered teams at any time:
- In the team list, click on the team name or on the three dots > Edit.
- On this screen, you can:
- Change the team Name.
- Remove or add new users.
- Click on Save to confirm the changes.
- To delete a team, simply click on the three dots > Delete.

What happens to documents if I remove a user from the team? The user loses the access that was granted by their participation in that team, but the documents and history remain linked to the group.

Can I link an entire team to an approval workflow? Yes! When configuring flows, you can define that any member of a specific team can perform the task.
