How to solve common Lex-in installation problems

Some problems during Lex-in installation can happen. These problems are beyond our control and are more related to your machine, your server, other files already installed on your computer, among others. This way, if you have any problem installing Lex-in, we recommend that you follow the steps below:

1. Uninstall Lex-In completely and also uninstall all versions of Visual C++ (2015 or higher).
   
   

2. Check which version of Windows you are using, and then proceed to install Visual C++ using the links below:

   64-bit: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

   32-bit: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

   
   

3. Install Lex-In: https://netlex-plugin.s3.amazonaws.com/setup/lexin-installer.exe
