🆕 What are the detailed and filtered tables?

The detailed and filtered tables feature allows for in-depth analysis of chart data within Intelligence. With them, you can view all the details of a chart directly in the table or explore data from specific sections in a granular way.

Main characteristics:

• Detailed table: displays all the data from a chart in a single view.
• Filtered table: allows you to explore only the data from a specific section of the chart.
  This feature is essential for those who need to dive deeper into data analysis and customize the views according to the required level of detail.
  
  
  

⚙️ How to use the detailed and filtered tables?

To access the detailed table:

• Go to the chart configuration area.
• Select the detailed table option to view all the chart data.

To access the filtered table:

• Click directly on the section of the chart you want to explore.
• The filtered table will be generated with data only from that selected section.

📌 Tip: Both tables allow you to click on the document name to be redirected and explore more details. Additionally, you can sort the columns to facilitate analysis.

❓ Frequently asked questions

• Do the filtered and detailed tables work for charts generated from the library?
  Yes! The chart data exploration tables work for any type of chart built within Intelligence.

• Can I save these tables to the dashboard?
  No. The tables support contextual exploration of that specific chart and, therefore, do not allow saving.
• Which columns appear in the tables?
  The data exploration tables always present the following columns:
  • Document Name
  • Author
  • Document Creation Date
  • Property added to the X-Axis of the chart
  • Property added to the Y-Axis of the chart
  • Property added to the Segment of the chart
• Can I add more columns to the filtered and detailed tables?
  No. The columns follow the rule described in the previous question.
