Frequently asked questions and their answers about “netLex Home”.
- When clicking on the “Start” button of a shortcut to create a new document, the questionnaire to start filling in the document does not open. What happened?
In this case, the configuration made on the card may not have been correct. Make sure you choose all the options at the time of configuration, especially the “Component”, the “Source” and the “Template”. If even after checking the error persists, remove the card and create it again, or edit the current card. You can also start creating a document by going to the “New Document” menu and searching for the desired template.
- One of the shortcuts has a lock icon in the lower left corner. What does it mean?
The padlock means that the shortcut is locked for your user to edit or remove. Probably some admin created the company-wide shortcut, and only admins will have the permission to edit or remove it.
- A shortcut with internal information is not working and is blocked for me. How to proceed?
As these are internal questions for your company, we at netLex do not have the exact answer. In this case, you can contact your supervisor or the NetLex Platform Administrator at your company to report the problem.
