Kanban

View workflow in Kanban form

To access Kanban click on the menu on the left side of netLex.

It allows the visualization of documents in their respective workflow steps separated into columns. This way you can view the documents according to the current step.

On its home screen, Kanban displays the same view as the document listing screen.The difference in this functionality is that the types of templates are displayed in the form of a card.

Note: Only templates that have active workflow will be visible.

Inside the cards there are enumerated columns according to the existing workflow steps for the selected template model. In the columns it will be possible to visualize all the documents according to the workflow step in which each one of them is currently. You will also be able to view their deadline.

The Items viewed on this screen will also be the same items viewed in the document listing. However, they can be viewed in a grouped way for better management.

You can minimize or maximize tabs as per your preference

When you click on the number inside the card you will be redirected to a specific document.

The documents that will appear in Kanban are the same documents that users already have permission to view.

The permissioning of this screen is directly related to the templates and sectors present in the access profiles.
