- Users are unable to view documents
The viewing or not of documents on the platform is related to the permissions of user profiles. Each user's profile has “access permissions by root folder”, folders where each document model is registered.
A user may have permission to view only one document folder, such as: Contracts, Additives, Queries, etc.
For this reason, we have to pay attention to two points:
-
-
- If the user does not have access to the document folder, it will not be possible to view it.
- Within the profile, there are access permissions for folders, which define the accesses related to interaction with documents on the platform. Thus, different types of permissions can be customized for different folders.
